Chef Mogan Anthony
Chef Mogan Anthony’s culinary journey has taken him around the world, with professional experience in some of the industry’s most renowned kitchens, including Jean-Georges, Nobu, BLT, and Barcelona Wine Bar. Since joining Village in 2011 as Executive Chef, Mogan has helped grow the brand from a single neighborhood spot into a multi-concept hospitality powerhouse.
Known for reimagining old classics with bold, fresh twists, Chef Mogan brings an inventive energy to every menu. Signature favorites include the pretzel-crusted tuna, steak bowl, vintage burger, wood-fired Snake Oil pizza, and the iconic Village Social pie.
Born in Malaysia and trained in Singapore, Mogan began his culinary career at the Four Seasons Hotel in Singapore before taking a chef position in New York. His global background, commitment to quality, and creative approach continue to define the spirit of Village Social’s New American fare.
